The Montgomery Biscuits and Riverwalk Stadium to host tournament May 10-13, 2023
Springdale, Ark. – November 1, 2022 – The Black College World Series (BCWS) Presented by Tyson Foods will return to Riverwalk Stadium, in Montgomery, Alabama, May 10-13, 2023, where eight Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) will compete for the third BCWS championship.
Riverwalk Stadium is home to the Montgomery Biscuits, the Double-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays who play in the Southern League.
The top team from the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II bracket in the tournament will face off against the top team from the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) bracket to determine the champion. Tournament play will begin Wednesday, May 10 and conclude with the championship game Saturday, May 13.

The 2023 tournament will be streamed online by the Black College Sports Network. The second annual Black College World Series was held this past May, with Edward Waters University defeating Kentucky State University for the championship.
