Frank Chen

Frank Chen currently is the Brand Manager of the Hillshire Snacking which is part of the Rapid Growth Business Unit in Tyson’s Prepared Foods Group. Frank has been with Tyson for 4 years. Prior to his role on Hillshire Snacking, he spent his first 3 years working on the Jimmy Dean Frozen business in various desks which required him to taste test a lot of bacon and sausage. Poor him. Prior to Tyson, Frank was a Buyer at Target in their Toys department where his job was to almost-literally play with Toys all day and decide which ones were fun enough for Target to carry.

Frank bleeds purple on the inside as he received both his BA and MBA from Northwestern University.

Outside of work, Frank spends his time with his wife trying to figure out how to parent two adorable children, a toddler and newborn, and binge-watching TV shows on Netflix and Prime Video.
