Ildefonso Silva is Executive Vice President of Business Services and Digital Enablement, centralizing the company’s efforts to leverage data and analytics to enhance the customer experience, accelerate innovation and elevate digital capabilities to move with the speed and demands of the consumer. In addition, he leads our supply chain, continuous improvement, engineering, warehousing and transportation.
A member of Tyson Foods’ enterprise leadership team reporting to President & CEO Donnie King.
Ildefonso brings more than 20 years of forward-thinking in global supply chain innovation to Tyson Foods, most recently serving as a Partner at McKinsey & Company. There, he advised companies in how to optimize their supply chain performance by bridging operations and commercial areas, deploying digital tools and analytics to accelerate change. He has a passion for serving protein companies and extensive experience working with beef and poultry producers in different regions of the world.
Before joining McKinsey & Company, Ildefonso worked at Procter & Gamble in customer business development, where he managed the distributor channel in São Paulo, Brazil.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of São Paulo in Brazil and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
