Kevin Klein has led the Target sales account at Tyson Foods for the past two years. Kevin joined Tyson in March 2013 and prior roles include: Senior Marketing Director for the Jimmy Dean Refrigerated & Branded Bacon businesses, Director of the Grocery Business Operations team, and Sales Strategy & Planning Director for the Jimmy Dean & Sara Lee brands.
Prior to joining Tyson Foods, Kevin served as the VP, Sales Operations, at Talaris North America. Prior to Talaris, Kevin served in a variety of sales strategy roles during a 5-year career at PepsiCo and began his post graduate school career in consulting, working more than 4 years with The Alexander Group. Kevin earned his MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Indiana University and holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Iowa. He is a member of Tyson’s 2014 LINC class and while at PepsiCo, was selected to participate in the PepsiCo Career Journey, PepsiCo’s future leaders’ program.
Outside of work, Kevin spends much of his time enjoying life with family, including his wife of 13 years, Patrice, their 11-year-old son, Kooper, and two dogs, Jacks and Payton. Beyond time with family, Kevin enjoys working out, playing golf, and pretty much watching any sporting event on TV, especially his beloved Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Bears/Blackhawks, and St. Louis Cardinals
