Chemia Davis
Chemia Davis is the Innovation Methods Conductor for the Tyson Innovation Lab where she enjoys working with a diverse group of problem solvers, design thinkers, and agile doers to bring disruptive new products to market at lightning speed. Chemia joined Tyson Foods in August 2015 as a Project Manager in Insights & Innovation.
Prior to joining Tyson Foods she has also worked on New Product Development for PepsiCo, Morton Salt, and Kraft Foods. Chemia studied Chemical Engineering at The University of Illinois and later earned her MBA in Entrepreneurship and Operations Management at Loyola University Chicago.
These days when she’s not at work you will likely find her and her husband at a practice, game, or event for her very busy 9-year old son and 6-year old daughter.
