Amber Crain is living her passion. As an organizational development manager with Tyson Foods, she drives cultural alignment and higher engagement through fresh, organizational development solutions in the areas of culture, engagement, team growth and leadership development. Researching, designing, developing and implementing solutions in support of Tyson’s overall talent strategy is a pretty amazing role for anyone, but to Amber it’s a dream come true. As a six-year Tyson veteran, Amber previously served as Senior HR Generalist strategically supporting the business and shaping an organization that drives business results and success.
Prior to Tyson, Amber spent nearly ten years at the law firm Jenner & Block through a series of legal support roles with rising responsibility. She’s an alum of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and currently attends Roosevelt University with a major in Organizational Leadership. She resides in downtown Chicago with her boyfriend and their two sighthounds, Pony and Fritz.
One accomplishment of note? Amber, along with her boyfriend, recently completed visiting each and every brewpub and taproom in the Chicagoland area. To the remainder of Illinois breweries – get ready!
