Tyson’s chaplaincy program, which has been in place since October 2000, provides compassionate pastoral care to Team Members and their families, regardless of their religious affiliation or beliefs. The program involves approximately 120 full and part-time chaplains at many Tyson locations who informally make themselves available to talk to our team members.
Tyson chaplains make weekly visits to the different shifts that work in the company’s plants and offices. They informally make themselves available by walking through the productions areas, break rooms, offices and hallways of the facility.
