Commodity Products
Tyson commodity chicken products include leg quarters, whole birds, cut-up segments, wing tips, paws, gizzards, and livers. Commodity beef and pork products include variety meats such as liver, heart, tongue, and tripe; boxed beef; boxed pork; cattle hides; pig skins, and rendered products such as tallow. As part of our attention to customer needs, we adapt our processing and packaging techniques to meet religious requirements and country regulations.

Retail
Tyson frozen chicken products are at home in supermarkets and neighborhood stores around the globe. These products include tray pack cut-up parts, fully-cooked wings, fully-cooked chicken patties and chunks, ready-to-prepare meal kits, and fully-cooked entrées. Our retail line of beef products include fully-cooked roasts, individually fresh-frozen beef and sliced deli meats. Tyson retail pork products include fully-cooked hams, pork roasts, tenderloins, and pork chops.
Foodservice
Tyson Foods is the leading supplier to foodservice operations everywhere. Poultry products include fried chicken, boneless patties and chunks, pulled and diced chicken, and glazed wings. Our foodservice beef and pork products include roast beef, prime rib, steaks, meatballs, bacon, hams, sausages, pizza toppings and roasts. Tyson also has a full line of specialty products such as pizza dough, sauces, dips, and hors d'oeuvres.
